#151 - Automotive Repair and Service
Although the shop itself has survived various names and owners, Bill & Maria Martin took the business under their wing in December of 2008.
Managing the automotive shop alongside their long haul trucking business, the pair quickly grabbed this new acquisition by the horns and saw an immediate improvement, mostly due to their 'family-like' atmosphere in the shop and with customers alike.
The business saw a burst of renewed energy in the surrounding community as the new 'brand' was put together and marketed to various groups and organizations.
As prominent members of their church, Bill & Maria have managed to transform some of their charity work into automotive services for those in need. Even daughter Kathleen contributes by washing and vacuuming vehicles when she is able.
This past January, Madhu was brought on board as Operations Manager so that all processes, large or small, within the business could be monitored, improved, or simply brought to fruition. With her background in accounting management and customer service, Madhu's passion for the automotive industry was easily interpreted by The Martins' to be a significant role in directing the shops’ future growth.
Fraser Valley Autopro currently employs 3 full time technicians and a student apprentice, which allows the shop to operate 6 days a week. Our services range from the basic oil and filter service, brake changes, and engine tune ups to the more specialized repairs such as steering & suspension, transmissions, and even custom exhaust installations.
Fraser Valley Autopro's team has made it their goal to confidently serve each customer with honesty and every vehicle with reliability.
